Sarah Turner Joins Historic Worshipful Company of Woolmen

Sarah Turner, founder of Little Beau Sheep, has become a member of the prestigious Worshipful Company of Woolmen. As one of the oldest London Livery Companies, established in 1180, the Woolmen focus on supporting the wool industry and related charities. Sarah’s induction recognises her dedication to promoting sustainable wool products and follows on from winning the Innovation in Wool award in 2019. Her membership will help further highlight British wool’s importance in modern sustainable living.

The day started with the “Freedom Ceremony” at Guildhall and was followed by the Civic dinner and “Clothing Ceremony” at Mansion House by kind invitation of the Lord Mayor of London, Vincent Keaveny. And, to top it all off, I also had the great pleasure to be introduced to HRH The Princess Royal, a past Master and wool enthusiast.
